Relax

The Bluey episode “Relax” feels simple on the surface. It’s not.

They’re on holiday. The kids are thrilled by the hotel room—especially the giant jacuzzi tub. They want to stay back and take a bath.

Mom had been looking forward to the beach, to the quiet, and perhaps a moment to herself.

Dad offers to stay with the kids, so she goes.

She walks down to the water alone, sets up her chair, listens to the waves, and takes a deep breath.

And then nothing.

She literally does not know what to do with herself.
